We monitor weather forecasts which enable us to perform proactively and adjust to changing conditions. Our crews are dispatched at the first indication of snow and continue to work throughout the duration of the event.

Pricing Programs

We offer two types of pricng programs for snow and ice management. These programs were developed to give our customers the opportunity to chose what best fits their needs.

• Seasonal Contract: A Seasonal Contract is an agreed upon price for the season that generally includes snow plowing and de-icing. The total contract amount is divided into equal installments.

• Per Event Contract: A Per Event Contract is based upon the amount of snowfall per event. The customer is billed after each snow and/or ice event for the services rendered. A certified weather report is submitted with each invoice.
